ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE WHILE PREGNANT/BREASTFEEDING?
Our products are considered safe to use while pregnant/breastfeeding. However, we always encourage you to speak to your general practitioner before trying any new products.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All of our ingredients are made in Australia and our products are privately manufactured in Melbourne.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY ‘NASTIES’?
Our products are free from fragrance, parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), mineral oils, petrolatum and synthetic colours.
IN WHAT ORDER DO I APPLY THE NUDE SKIN REGIMEN?
We recommend cleansing with our Hydrating Facial Cleanser (Double cleanse if you are wearing makeup, SPF or have just done a workout) for 30-60 seconds. Rinse. Apply our Radiance Serum to damp skin. Wait 30-60 seconds. Follow with our Replenishing Oil/Multi Cream or Soothing Lotion to lock in all the goodness.
I USE A PRODUCT CONTAINING AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT (LIKE BENZOYL PEROXIDE, RETINOL, VITAMIN C) WHERE DOES THAT FIT INTO THE NUDE SKIN REGIMEN?
We recommend applying your active ingredient 5-10 minutes after applying our Radiance Serum. This will help the active ingredient absorb into the skin efficiently, and prevent any reaction with the Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid in our serum. Follow with our Replenishing Oil. If you are unsure if your active can be used in conjunction with our routine, please contact us at hello@nudeskinrx.com and we will be more than happy to help you out!
I HAVE ACNE PRONE SKIN, CAN I USE THESE PRODUCTS? WILL THEY MAKE ME BREAK ME OUT?
Our products were designed specifically for acne and eczema prone skin types, so you can definitely use these products! We have chosen ingredients that are extremely low on the comedegenic scale (a scale that tells us how likely an ingredient is to block pores/cause acne) and that are anti-inflammatory in nature (ingredients that bring down redness/irritation that is commonly experienced with these skin conditions). Our products may help to balance the sebum production and levels of hydration of the skin, thereby reducing the amount of breakouts and flare ups you experience. However, we always recommend patch testing to rule out any allergies/adverse reactions.
CAN I USE THESE PRODUCTS IF I HAVE ECZEMA/DERMATITIS/SENSITIVE SKIN?
Absolutely! Our products were curated with these skin conditions at the forefront. We recommend you patch test our products before applying them to larger areas to rule out any reactions (very unlikely, but it’s better to be 100% sure). Our products contain minimal ingredients, so there is not a whole heap you can react to. (We made it this way for this exact reason)
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
We need to use preservatives to prevent products from going rancid. However, we use a minimal number of preservatives in our products (to keep the ingredient list small and to prevent adverse reactions). Therefore, we recommend using our products within 3 months of opening.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GENDER SPECIFIC?
Definitely not! Our products are designed for men and women alike. We think EVERYONE should be using products to improve the health of their skin.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?
They sure are!
DO YOUR PRODCUTS CONTAIN FRAGRANCE?
No botanical or synthetic fragrances are used in our skin care formulations. We like to keep fragrance and skin care separate. Fragrance- botanical or synthetic has a tendency to cause skin sensitivies, so we like to keep it far away from our delicate face and body. (However, our candles smell delicious to make up for it!)
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
We do our best to source environmentally friendly materials for all of our packaging. We encourage you to recycle or upcycle our packaging where possible. (PS. our candle jars make really good make-up brush or pen holders).
I HAVE OILY SKIN, CAN I USE YOUR OIL BASED PRODUCTS? I.E REPLENISHING OIL/FACE CREAM?
You can, and we encourage you to do so! If you’re not applying enough oil (oily skin types tend to avoid products with oil) your skin will usually start overproducing sebum to compensate. As a result your skin becomes oilier and increases the amount of congestion/clogged pores. As a bonus, our oils are specifically chosen for acne-prone skin (they have a low comedegenic score of 0-1, so they are unlikely to cause breakouts).
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship internationally for a small fee of $15.00. Our orders are posted through International Post Standard.

You will be alerted that we're out when you try to buy it, OR if we run out after you've already placed your order we will notify you via email ASAP of the ETA of the product and give you the option to preorder/exchange/refund your purchase.
