We all know that skin care is important, but it can be difficult to keep up with. What are some habits of people who have great skin? The good news is you don't need to drastically change your lifestyle in order to get better-looking skin!
Here are five habits of people with great skin:
1) Drink enough water.
We're talking about 2-3L a day.
2) Get enough sleep.
Between 7-9 hours. And make sure your pillowcase is clean!
3) Wear sunscreen.
Every.Damn.Day. Wind, rain or shine. Inside or outside. The sun is out every day whether we see it or not! (Oh, PS. Reapply every 4 hours to get the most out of your sunscreen application).
4) Take probiotics.
